How to Book

Process: Check Availability: Use the online calendar to view available dates and times for each room. Start Your Booking: Click the blue “+” icon on your chosen date and room. Enter Your Details: First-time users will need to provide contact information and create a password. Complete the Booking Form: Choose room(s), add event name, select start and end times (including setup and clean-up), indicate if it's a recurring booking, and choose activity type. Check for Conflicts: Click the green 'Check Availability' button. Adjust booking if conflicts are shown. Submit Your Booking: An email confirmation will be received. Follow-up will occur if needed. Notes: If the blue “+” icon does not appear, online booking may be disabled for that date; contact the hall directly. Include time for setup and clean-up in your booking. Kitchen use is free of charge but must be included in your booking. Private Parties: Minimum 4-hour booking, unless otherwise agreed. Whole building must be booked. Include time for setup and cleaning. For evening events, consider booking extra time the next morning.
