How to Book

All users need to sign Terms and Conditions of use when paying for the hall. A key-fob will be issued for access; hirer is responsible for its safekeeping. Unless a regular hirer, a £50 cash deposit is required upon collection of the fob (cheques not accepted). Deposit is refunded upon safe return of the fob and provided no damage has occurred. Fob must be picked up and returned to Alliance Homes, 40 Martingale Way, Portishead, BS20 7AW by the end of the following week. Fobs are only to be used on the date of hire; additional permission needed for earlier access. Booked times must be adhered to, or further charges will be applied and deducted from the deposit. Alliance Homes must be informed if the hall is not being used on booked occasions, otherwise hirer is liable for payment. Specific approval required for the use of any type of paid or professional entertainer. Hirer is responsible for acquiring any necessary insurance and/or licences for activities and must provide copies to Alliance Homes on request.
