How to Book
Room hire is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with weekends and evenings by arrangement. Standard lettings times are Monday to Thursday: 9 am until 8:30 pm, Fridays: 9 am until 3:30 pm, then 5 pm until 8:30 pm, Saturdays: 9:30 am until 8 pm, Sundays: 9:30 am until 6 pm. Later opening can often be arranged, subject to staffing availability. To make a booking request, you need to submit a booking form, a risk assessment, and a fire safety declaration. Terms and Conditions are also available for download. The centre accepts cash, cheque, or BACS payments, and advance payment may sometimes be required. Cancellations may incur charges depending on the notice given.
