How to Book

Bookings are handled by the Booking Secretary. To enquire, check the calendar on the website for availability, then complete the Contact Form on the 'Make an Enquiry' page, email [email protected], or call 07467 080 148 (leave a message). The Booking Secretary will handle queries and provisionally book. Booking is confirmed after agreeing to the Conditions of Hire, and an invoice will be sent before the booking. Key collection arrangements are made after payment is received. It is possible to arrange a viewing before booking. Hirers are responsible for cleaning afterwards. The hall is not available for adult parties, and the play area is for the exclusive use of the pre-school. Plates, cups, and saucers are provided in the kitchen, but hirers must bring their own saucepans, baking trays, cooking utensils, tea towels, and washing up liquid. A lower rate may be charged for local registered charitable or voluntary groups. Session times are 8am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and during school holidays.
