How to Book
Saturdays are only available for one-off or ad hoc parties/events. Halls are not hired on Sundays, Good Friday, Easter Eve, or from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day inclusive. To enquire about booking, especially for Saturdays or one-off events, an online form is available. Bookings are confirmed after a site visit, receipt of a hire agreement, payment of a security deposit, and full hire charge (no later than four weeks before the event). Full terms and conditions are available upon request. Any illegal act, trade or business, or unlawful activity is prohibited. Sale or offer of sale of alcohol without an appropriate personal licence issued by the local authority is prohibited. Cash bingo or any commercial betting or gambling where proceeds are used for certain purposes is prohibited.
