How to Book

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is payable on receipt of invoice (refundable only if PCC cancels). For bookings £200 and under, the full balance is required as a deposit. The remaining balance is payable via invoice by the time of the event. Full payment is due before the event date for Parish Centre rooms. No booking is confirmed until the deposit and signed hire agreement are received by the Parish Office. Hirers are strongly advised to visit the hall to see facilities firsthand and to read the 'Conditions of Hire' document. To enquire, contact the Parish Office via phone or email, or use the enquiry form on their website, providing details of requirements, desired room, and date.
