St John's Church Hall offers various spaces for hire, including a spacious Large Hall suitable for children's parties with bouncy castles, a Middle Hall for smaller gatherings, and Committee Rooms for tutoring or small group activities. The Main Church Building is also available for concerts, art shows, and examinations. Hirers are responsible for cleaning up, locking up, and carrying out their own risk assessments. The premises are not licensed for alcohol sale, and consumption of alcohol generally requires prior permission. Smoking is not permitted.

How to book
Contact the Church Office directly via phone or email for all bookings. For children's parties, specific session times and prices apply. For other bookings, contact the bookings coordinator for availability and rates. Keys are issued for use on the event date, collected from the Church Office in the week prior to the event by appointment. Payment is required in advance for one-off bookings. A £50 refundable deposit is required. The Church reserves the right to alter or cancel a booking if premises are required for church use or other reasons beyond control (2 months notice for regular users, as much notice as possible for one-off bookings). The Church reserves the right to cancel if hiring is deemed undesirable.
