How to Book

Normally available for hire from 08:00 to 23:00 daily, seven days a week. Minimum charge: £20.00. Maximum daily charge: £275.00. A booking deposit of 25% of the hire charge is due upon submission of a completed Booking Form (full amount if booking less than one month before the event). The remaining balance must be paid at least one month before the event date. The booking deposit may be retained if less than one month's notice of cancellation is given. Access to the hired area(s) is typically available 15 minutes before the start of the hire, and the premises must be vacated within 15 minutes of the end of the hire. A 10% discount on charges may be offered to regular users or registered charities; details can be obtained from the Hall Manager. Cheques should be made payable to 'PRCDTR Havant St Joseph'. Refunds by cheque. Final sum for deposits and discounted rates will be rounded up to the nearest 50p. All keys loaned to hirers must be signed for. Rates applied pro-rata per half hour to the next complete period of half an hour. Hirer responsible for any damage caused to premises, furniture, furnishings or equipment. Premises must be left clean and tidy, all taps turned off, lights switched off, doors and windows closed and secured.
