The Parish of St Laurence-In-Thanet, Ramsgate, operates a 'Five Churches United in Christ' initiative. The main church building is a large, adaptable, and accessible venue suitable for a variety of events, including concerts, talks, exhibitions, plays, films, wedding and funeral receptions, pop-up restaurants, meetings, and general election hustings. Several halls are also available for functions. Events help to support the church, which costs approximately £1000 a day to maintain.
