How to Book
Bookings can be made online via the website calendar. Select the desired day and time, then click 'Book' to pay and secure the booking. First-time public group bookings are confirmed only after St. Laurence's Church has verified event arrangements, public liability insurance, safeguarding, and payment. Keys are collected from a keysafe in the vicarage porch, with a 4-digit combination code sent via email. Access details are sent closer to the booking time; contact the office if not received within 48 hours. The hall is available for parties and events on Saturdays from 8am to 8pm. Hiring facilities are not offered beyond 8pm due to consideration for neighbours. Any issues or accidental damage must be reported via email within 24 hours. An end-of-booking checklist includes cleaning, tidying, and securing the premises.
