How to Book
View hall diary to check availability. Contact the Booking Secretary by email ([email protected]) or phone (01296 624993). Include your contact phone number when contacting by email. Once hire is confirmed, a booking form will be emailed or sent. Sign and return the booking form with deposit or full hire costs (if booking within 4 weeks of hire date). A returnable security deposit is also required at the time of payment. Access details will be provided at least 48 hours prior to hire date.
