How to book

To book, send a completed booking form via email to [email protected] or post to Mr. Ian Buswell, 54 Morley Hill, Enfield, Middlesex, EN2 0BJ. Payments should be made to PCC of St John & St Luke, Clay Hill (Sort code: 23-05-80, Account no: 31851777) or by cheque. The booking fee payment deadline is no later than seven days before the date of hire; non-payment may result in cancellation. The Parochial Church Council (PCC) reserves the right to amend terms, conditions, and fees at any time without warning. PCC reserves the right to cancel a booking in unforeseen circumstances, providing reasonable notice and a full refund. If a Hirer cancels, all or part of the booking fee may be retained as a cancellation charge, depending on circumstances and cancellation date. The booking period includes time for the Hirer to dismantle/remove equipment, clean premises, and clear refuse. Hirer must vacate promptly at the end of the specified time unless written permission for extension is granted or extenuating circumstances warrant it. No bookings accepted from anyone under 18 years of age. All bookings involving persons under 18 must be supervised by adults at all times. For week-to-week bookings, the PCC may require premises for occasional services/worship/social bookings with reasonable notice to the Hirer.
