How to Book
Payment Terms: All payments to be made within 14 days of receipt on Invoice. Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed upon signing and returning the St Mary's Booking Form, agreeing to the terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy: 15 Days Or More Notice: No Charge; 7 To 14 Days Notice: 50% Charge; 1 To 6 Days Notice: 100% Charge. Hirer Responsibilities: Ensure appropriate Public Liability Insurance for your activity. Keep a Fire Risk Register of attendees. Inform staff on reception of any Personal Plans of attendees regarding Fire and Safeguarding. Leave the room and associated facilities clean and useable. Supervise children and vulnerable adults appropriately. Ensure any food consumed from external caterers is suitably labelled for Allergen Advice. Vacate the room in accordance with the time provided on the booking form (additional time used may be charged). Inform St Mary's staff of any issues with the room or facilities before leaving the premises. No smoking, including vaping, is permitted. Extra Charges: Excessive demand for electricity (e.g., bouncy castles/extra ovens) £25. Use of kitchen (other than just preparing food) £10. Use of AV system (users to supply own laptop) £25. Extra cleaning as a result of hall being left in unfit state: Additional cleaning charges may apply at £30 per hour.
