How to book
Contact the Parish Administrator via email ([email protected]) or phone (01797 222318) during office hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 2pm). All booking periods must include set up and clear up time. Bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis. A Venue Manager may be required for certain events at the discretion of the bookings manager, costing £10.55 per hour of the booking period. Using both St Mary's Centre (Small Hall) and Parish Room incurs an additional £15 per hour. A deposit is applicable to all hires: £100 for St Mary's Centre (Small Hall), £50 for Parish Room & Christina Room, and £300 for Main Church Space.
