How to book
Read 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges and safeguarding requirements' documents. Check availability on the calendar page. Click 'New Booking' and fill in the form. Provisional bookings can be made from the calendar page. Bookings are for whole hours only. Ensure enough time is booked for set up and clearing up (suggested 15 mins extra at each end). Booking form and payment must be with the Administrator by the weekend before the event. Bookings confirmed upon receipt of both form and payment. Payment by bank transfer only (bank details on invoice); cash or cheque not accepted for main hire fees. Optional extras and charges apply for key-holder services, projection screens, piano/organ use, crockery breakages, and venue manager fees. The Vicar, Churchwardens and PCC disclaim responsibility for theft or personal injury and reserve the right to refuse hire applications.
