How to Book

To book, download the casual or regular hall licence agreement, complete, and return to Susanne Burnett (Churchwarden) at 25 Ashleigh Close, Tamerton Foliot, or call 01752 791587. Check hall availability on the Calendar tab of their Services and Events page. A 25% deposit is required to book, with the remaining amount due 7 days before the event. Regular bookings can pay via BACS (Sort Code: 30-96-68, Account Number: 00503131, Reference: Surname). A 10% discount may be offered for charitable, voluntary, or non-profit making groups at the bookings manager's discretion. A venue manager fee of £10.55 per hour may be required. All booking periods must include set up and clear up time. Any crockery breakages will be charged at £1 per item. The premises must be left clean and tidy, lights extinguished, heating thermostats turned to minimum, and furniture returned to original position. No booking is made until written confirmation/receipt and required deposit are received. Hiring fee payable in advance at least 7 calendar days before the booking date. CCTV is used for security. No liability for injury or loss/damage to property unless due to Parish negligence. Capacity limits must not be exceeded. Not to be used for activities reasonably regarded as indecent, or for the promotion of abortion or euthanasia, or any activities contrary to the tenets of the Roman Catholic faith. Audio equipment use not to exceed 85 decibels. Guests must respect the residential environment, especially when leaving. Hirer must remove all personal belongings and refuse for private disposal. No fly posting or unauthorised advertisement. Adjacent School playground is not part of the premises. Kitchens cannot be used to provide food subject to relevant health and hygiene legislation without express permission. Alcoholic beverages not to be brought in for consumption without express permission. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold to guests. Hirer must endeavour to prevent supply and consumption of alcohol to under-age guests.
