How to book
Hired out for set periods which include setting up and clearing away. 20% deposit required to reserve the booking. Balance due no later than four weeks before the booking commences. Surcharges apply for bouncy castles (£10), events serving alcohol, sit-down food or live performance (£80), and a £75 cleaning charge for large events. A £250 damage deposit is required for Saturday evening functions. £100 deducted from deposit if fire alarm is set off by non-adherence, or greater deduction if fire brigade is called out. 10% discount for 10 or more consecutive bookings made at the same time. Hire fees for periods 2, 4 and 5 will be reduced by £5 if they extend to an adjacent hire period AND if 10 or more consecutive sessions are booked at the same time. Extension until Midnight for Saturday only. Building must be cleaned and vacated by 00:30.
