How to Book
To book, complete a booking enquiry form on their website. The Bookings Manager will discuss and confirm the final rate on a case-by-case basis. Full refund of hire fee for cancellations before a specified time (to be discussed with bookings manager). All booking periods must include set up and clear up time. A 10% discount may be offered for charitable, voluntary, or non-profit making groups. Fees can be negotiable at the bookings manager's discretion. Optional extras include: Grand Piano/Pipe Organ (£30 per booking, Grade 5+ players only), Sound System (£15 per booking, includes lectern/pulpit & wireless lapel microphones, AUX devices), Large Projection Screen (£10 per booking). A venue manager fee of £10.55 per hour of booking period may be required. An open/close key-holder fee of £20 per booking applies for hires outside office hours (£10 per 30 minutes if key-holder is kept waiting).
