How to Book
Contact the Bookings Manager (Cath Sullivan) via email or phone to enquire and book. For occasional bookings, rental is payable in advance to secure the booking. Ensure enough time is booked for setting up and clearing away. Payment is non-refundable if cancelled within one week before the event; 50% if cancelled within two weeks. Kitchen use must be indicated on the booking form and a kitchen hirer agreement completed. A valid Food Hygiene certificate holder must be present to handle fresh food. Hiring the kitchen does not give exclusive use. The community centre is not licensed but can assist in locating a licensee to provide a bar.
