How to Book
Minimum booking of 3 hours (all bookings must include set up and pack away time). Additional costs include a £15/£25 caretaker fee. If management deems attendance necessary for the duration of the hire, it will be charged at £13.85 per hour. Full fee due 21 days before the event. If the event is sooner, full payment will be requested immediately. Booking process: Submit an enquiry via email for availability. Once date and time are confirmed, a link to pay the deposit will be sent. Acknowledgement of booking and deposit will be sent. Information on staff costs will be provided. Full fee to be sent by the specified date. Deposit returned after hire, assuming adherence to terms and conditions.
