How to Book

All bookings are considered on a case by case basis by the bookings manager. Booking periods must include set up and clear up time. No booking is made until written confirmation or valid receipt and required deposit are received. The hiring fee is payable in advance at least 7 calendar days before the booking date. If the hirer cancels, the deposit is forfeit. If the Parish cancels, the deposit is repaid. Halls are not to be used for activities reasonably regarded as indecent, or for the promotion of abortion or euthanasia, or any activities contrary to the tenets of the Roman Catholic faith. A 10% discount may be offered for charitable, voluntary or non-profit making groups, at the bookings manager's discretion. Fees are generally negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
