How to Book

Enquire via their website or contact them directly. Full terms and conditions are provided upon request or during booking negotiation and must be agreed upon before an event is confirmed. Setting up and cleaning must be included within the hire time. All decorations, table coverings, and additional items must be packed up by the end of the hire. All rubbish must be taken away after the event; otherwise, a removal charge will apply. Spaces should be left clean and in good order, with tables and chairs returned to storage, and crockery/glasses washed. Late leaving may incur additional charges at a rate of £120 per hour or part thereof, plus any extra costs (e.g., bar and door staff). During hire, the hirer is responsible for supervision and security of the premises, protection of property from damage, and the behaviour of all persons. All evening parties require door security, which is reflected in the price. Zero tolerance for illegal or illicit drugs; authorities will be notified if found, and booking fee/deposit will be forfeited.
