How to Book
The period of hire must include any setting up and packing away time. Online booking requests receive a quotation via email. Regular hirers need to book for three months in advance and pay in advance for three consecutive months to qualify for discounted rates. After three months, regular hirers are invoiced monthly with payment requested within 30 days via BACS. Cancellation policy is outlined in their Conditions of License. The Centre is closed during Holy Week (from the Tuesday prior to Good Friday to, and including, Easter Monday) and for an Annual Cleaning & Maintenance week (the week beginning the week after the first Saturday in August).
