How to Book
To qualify as a regular hirer, you need to book for three months in advance and pay for three consecutive months upfront. After this initial period, regular hirers are invoiced monthly, with payment requested within 30 days via BACS. The cancellation policy is outlined in their Conditions of License (available upon request). The period of hire must include any necessary setup and packing away time. The Centre is closed for two weeks annually: Holy Week (from the Tuesday before Good Friday to, and including, Easter Monday) and for their Annual Cleaning & Maintenance week (the week beginning the week after the first Saturday in August).
