How to book
Bookings can be made via Tracey Pooleman (07763008950) or Cherry Moore (01584 811742). Specific requirements or special day hire rates should be discussed with the Bookings Officer. General enquiries can be made via the online form. Booking cancellations will be charged at 50% of the hire fee if not received more than 7 days before the event. All electrical and heating units must be switched off on leaving the premises; otherwise, an extra charge of £20 may be invoiced. Times for setting up may be allowed depending on availability and other bookings. A full set of Terms and Conditions of Hire is available.
