How to Book

All one-off bookings are provisional until a completed Parish Rental Agreement and a deposit (one hour's hire charge) are received. Full payment is due 4 weeks before the hire date, or at the time of booking if less than 4 weeks. Regular hirers submit requirements 1 month before the payment period. Minimum hire period: One hour, then in 30-minute blocks. Payment methods: Bank transfer or standing order preferred. One-off hirers may pay by cheque or cash by arrangement. Cancellation fees may be payable as set out in the Conditions of Hire. Restrictions: Activities conflicting with the Christian gospel as understood by the Church of England are not accepted. Activities preventing regular church activities are not accepted. Activities promoting any political party or opinion are not accepted. Hirer must be a responsible adult over 25. No smoking in the Hall or Church Grounds. No loud music or vaping (for All Saints Hall, likely applies to St Peter & St Paul as well). Sale of alcohol is prohibited; hirer may provide own if specified in agreement. Hirers are responsible for reporting and paying for any losses, breakages, or damage. Tables and chairs must be returned to their original places. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if premises are not left clean and tidy. Lower rates may be available for small concerts or recitals; contact for details. Charges may be reduced by 25% in exceptional circumstances for those on the Parish electoral roll.
