How to book
Enquiries and availability: Contact Laura at [email protected] or [email protected]. To book, complete and sign a booking form agreeing to terms and conditions. Pay the quoted fee and a refundable 'damage deposit' (£200) before the hire takes place. Full payment can be made at the time of booking, or a minimum deposit of £200 (or total fee if less than £200) with the outstanding amount paid at least 28 days before the event. Cancellation policy: More than one calendar month notice: 50% of the total booking fee will be returned. Less than one calendar month notice: No refund, unless an alternative booking is secured, in which case 50% will be repaid. Hire charges are NOT subject to VAT (as a registered charity). The time hired includes time needed for setting up and clearing away. Private parties (weddings, birthdays, family gatherings) are welcome. Public or community events are only hosted by partner organizations and should be arranged via the partner's contact. Use of tables and chairs is included in the hire charge (must be put back clean and tidy to avoid deposit withholding).
