How to Book

Booking fee: £5 (added to invoice, paid via bank transfer). Payment for hire: Bank transfer, paid on booking the room(s) unless otherwise agreed with the Hall Lettings Manager. Cancellation policy: More than one month notice - Full refund of sum already paid. Less than one month notice - Hirer responsible for paying the whole fee. Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until availability is confirmed and the completed booking form and payment have been received by the hall bookings manager. Conditions of hire: Hall must be left clean and tidy afterwards. Hirer is responsible for all damage to the interior, furniture, and fittings during the hire period. Charges will be made for extra cleaning if premises are not left clean and tidy. Hirer must provide their own rubbish bags and tea towels. No posters, notices, or decorations to be put up using pins, sticky tape, or BluTack (hirer liable for redecoration costs if breached). Use of 'Bouncy Castles' at children's parties is not allowed. Premises are let for private functions only.
