A hire agreement will be sent for signing and returning by email. To confirm booking, hire fee must be paid within three working days. Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Use surname and date of event as reference for payments. Guests must leave by 8:00 PM. Clearing up must be completed by 8:30 PM. No smoking. No vaping. Hirers must take all rubbish sacks away. Leave the space as found. No staff on site during your booking; contact provided venue contact for issues. No sports events. No political events.
