How to Book

Booking types include regular bookings (all-year or term-time basis) and one-off bookings. Booking hours are 6am - 10pm (includes set-up and set-down times). All hirers must be 21 years of age or older. Halls are rented on a room only hire basis. Hirers are responsible for cleaning after their event and leaving the building in the same condition. Bins must be emptied; no glass in recycling bins. All doors and windows must be locked, and lights turned off. Keys are accessed via a key-safe; code emailed after payment. Keys/key-safe code should not be passed to third parties. Any damages must be reported and paid for. Noise must be kept down, especially when leaving at night. All music must be switched off by 10pm at the latest. Paddock use is not included. Under 18s are not to use kitchens unless under adult supervision. No smoking allowed inside or around the halls. No decorations to be attached to walls, doors, or windows. No confetti to be used inside or outside the buildings.
