How to book
Read the Hiring Agreement document. Check availability on the calendar page. Click on 'New Booking' and fill in the form and submit it (or fill out the booking form at the bottom of the Hiring Agreement and send it to the Booking Clerk). Receive an acknowledgement of your booking request. Your request will be reviewed by the Booking Clerk and an invoice issued. The invoice should be paid at least 14 days before the event. Contact the Booking Clerk to arrange collection and return of the keys. Ensure enough time is booked for setting up and clearing up. If a temporary bar licence (TENS) is needed, it must be obtained, and the license number and a copy of the receipt supplied to the Booking Clerk before the event.
