How to book
Navigate to the desired date on the online calendar, double click the start time, create a simple login, and provide booking information. The bookings manager will then confirm the booking. Some slots are reserved for residents only. Stalisfield or Otterden residents wishing to book a party or large event should contact Sharon directly. An extra free hour for cleaning is included in Evening and Day Party and Event packages. For hourly bookings, an extra free hour should be booked for cleaning. Additional cleaning time will be charged at the hourly rate. Please leave at least a one-hour gap between your booking and any existing booking in the calendar. Users are advised to familiarise themselves with and accept the terms and conditions before making a booking enquiry. It is possible to arrange to view the hall prior to booking. Bare-bones hire, providing exclusive access to the building and basic contents like tables, chairs, cutlery, and crockery. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and removing all rubbish, decorations, and personal items.
