How to reach the hall
How to book
Check availability, then a deposit is required to secure the booking. Booking form and relevant information sent via email. Deposits and hall fees paid by bank transfer. Advise by email when deposit/fee paid. Setup and clearing up times must be included in the hours of hire. Option to pay £25 to the cleaner. Caretaker will open and close at designated access time. Keys can be provided by caretaker if the hall needs to be left empty after opening. Hall can be viewed by prior arrangement. Deposits: £100 for evening and all-day events for Stanwell residents; £300 for evening and all-day events for all other bookings; £50 for daytime bookings, children's parties, or meetings. Deposit lost if cancelled within four weeks of the event. Full refund if cancelled due to government restrictions.
