Stanwick Village Hall is a modern building completed in April 2011, featuring underfloor heating throughout and a large welcoming lobby area with comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is available on request. The premises are non-smoking, including the patio, parking bay, and outside area. Hirers must include set up and clear up time in their booking and vacate the hall by the allocated time. Hirers are asked to bring their own tea towels for kitchen use and must take all rubbish away. Fridge, freezer, and other areas must be clear upon leaving. Children must be supervised at all times.

How to Book
Check the diary page for availability. Contact the facilities manager (Rebecca Moody) to provisionally book for two weeks via email ([email protected]) or mobile (07879 979 493). Download and print the Hire Agreement Form. Return the completed form with a deposit cheque to the facilities manager. Paperwork can be returned to the hall office (9:30am - 12:30pm in term time) or posted to Stanwick Village Hall, Spencer Parade, Stanwick, NN9 6QJ. Make cheques payable to 'Stanwick Village Hall Trust'. Full hire fee due one week prior to the event.
