How to Book

Enquiry Process: Visit the Booking Enquiry page, complete the short form, and submit. Payment Terms One-Off Booking: 50% payment required on booking (25% of total hire cost is a non-refundable deposit). The remainder is due 4 weeks in advance. If the date is less than 4 weeks away, the whole hire cost is due on booking. Payment Terms Regular Recurring Booking: An invoice will be sent on the second/third week of hire, with payment due within 14 days for the block booking. Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation accepted if received not later than 28 days before the reserved date. Otherwise, all booking fees will be forfeited in full (unless by special agreement). Age Restriction: No bookings accepted from any person under 18 years of age. Temporary Event Notice (TEN): Hirer must obtain written consent from Station Street Management before giving the Licensing Authority a TEN for selling alcohol. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without compensation. Rules and Regulations: Hirers must allow for set-up and pack-up within their booked period. A ten-minute switch-over is allowed between sessions. No shoes in the hall for Pilates & Yoga classes. Payment must be made for all breakages of crockery or loss of cutlery. A charge of £5 will be levied if any lights are left on. A charge of £100 will be levied if the hall is left unlocked or if internal fire doors are left open. An extra cleaning charge may be levied if premises are left in an unreasonable condition. Any liquid spilt on the studio floor must be wiped up immediately. The hire contract may not be assigned or sub-let. Management, police, fire, or medical personnel must be granted access at all times. Performances involving danger to the public or of a sexually explicit nature are not permitted. Minimum hire duration is 1 hour (even for activities of 45 minutes).
