How to Book
To book the Hall, email [email protected]. A non-refundable charge is payable before the event and upon confirmation of booking. Full payment is due 14 days before the event. An additional security deposit of 10% of the total hire cost is due upon signing the agreement, with potential for an additional security deposit at the discretion of the Committee. This deposit, or a part of it, will be refunded after the Hall, its contents, building, and grounds are confirmed free of damage.
