All bookings are subject to availability and agreement to Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire. Hirers are responsible for setting up, putting away furniture, and cleaning after the event, with this time included in the booking. Rubbish disposal is the hirer's responsibility unless a disposal service is requested and paid for. Viewings are usually held once a month; call the Pavilion Administrator to book. Hirers are expected to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Hire. Hirers should not book any contractors until the deposit payment has been confirmed as received. Third-party providers (e.g., for inflatables) must remain on-site during hire and provide supervision. To enquire about pitch hire, call 07484 746894 or email pavilion@stiltonparishcouncil.gov.uk.
