How to Book

To book, download a Booking Form from the website, complete it, and return it with payment to Margaret Wannell. It is recommended to call first to discuss requirements or request a form via email. Booking is not secured until the full amount is received, and confirmation needs to be received within 14 days. Hirers must be over 21 years old and present at the hall throughout the hire period. A cancellation fee of £20 may apply in certain cases. Hirers wishing to have a bar must obtain a Temporary Licence before the event and provide a copy to the Booking Office. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and tidying the hall after the event, and for setting up chairs and tables. Heating setup is by arrangement with hirers.
