Hirers must accept the conditions of hire. A Responsible Adult must be in charge at all times. All areas must be left clean and tidy. Waste from sales/exhibitions must be removed by hirers. Additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary. All breakages must be reported and paid for. No animals permitted inside, unless accompanied full-time by owner (dogs on leads). Hirer responsible for any damage. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Full charge for cancellations 7 days or less before the event. 50% charge for cancellations 8-28 days before the event. Invoice emailed after booking(s) in any month, due within 14 days. Non-payment may lead to de-registration, cancelled future bookings, or advance payment requirement.
