How to Book

Online booking requests receive a quotation via email. Users can also call to discuss needs. Registered users can view and manage bookings. Bookings are made through the LemonBooking system. Hirers must accept the conditions of hire. A Responsible Adult must be in charge at all times. All areas must be left clean and tidy. Waste from sales/exhibitions must be removed by hirers. Additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary. All breakages must be reported and paid for. No animals permitted inside, unless accompanied full-time by owner (dogs on leads). Hirer responsible for any damage. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Full charge for cancellations 7 days or less before the event. 50% charge for cancellations 8-28 days before the event. Invoice emailed after booking(s) in any month, due within 14 days. Non-payment may lead to de-registration, cancelled future bookings, or advance payment requirement.
