How to Book
Minimum hire duration: 2 hours. Hire charges effective from July 2024. Payment methods: PayPal, BACS Account. No cheques or cash payments accepted since 1st January 2022. Booking is confirmed only after acknowledgement AND hire fee is paid within 14 days of invoicing. Cancellation policy: Hire Fee is refundable if booking is cancelled more than 10 working days before the date of hire. Security deposit: £200 (paid via PayPal 14 days before hire date; booking will be cancelled if unpaid). Excluded areas: Stage area (available by special arrangement ONLY), Use of Sharp 'Big Pad' screens (available by special arrangement ONLY). Alcohol policy: Consumption of alcoholic liquor is forbidden without written permission of the Committee.
