How to Book
To check availability and book, contact Joe Ball, Booking Administrator, on 02476 411315. Complete the booking form, read and print Conditions of Hire, then sign and submit with fee/deposit. A £50 deposit is required, returned within 14 days if no damage/loss or additional cleaning charges incurred. If a booking is cancelled within 10 days of the event, the deposit will be retained. A 10% discount is offered for six or more successional bookings for the same purpose within a twelve-month period.
