How to Book
Availability: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 to 23:00 (must be vacated by 23:00). Earlier bookings may be possible by contacting the administrator. Booking process: Select year, month, and date on the weekly diary. Click on '+' to make a booking request. State intention to sell or serve alcohol under 'Special Requirements' if applicable. Booking confirmed once payment is received. Include time for set up, clearing, and cleaning in the booking duration. Conditions of Hire: Hirer must be over 21 years of age and present/responsible during the event. Use of candles in the main room is limited to tea lights in non-combustible containers; prohibited in other areas. Fireworks are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the Village Hall, Pavilion, or on grassed areas around the playing fields. Fees and charges may be subject to change; check with the Secretary for latest prices. User is responsible for cleaning up after their event.
