Complete booking form and return with deposit. Receive confirmation. Pay balance of booking fee on or before 7 days prior to event (for private hire). Arrange to collect a key card during the week before your event. Regular hire: Pay invoice monthly, within 14 days of receipt. Hire the whole building or just one room. Use of commercial kitchen and option for fully staffed bar. Subject to availability, booking can be extended at £12 per hour. Options for access the evening before for decorating and extending until midday the day after for tidying (especially for bigger events).
