Tansley Community Hall

Tansley Community Hall, built in 1856 and refurbished in 2011, is suitable for a wide range of events including birthday parties and celebrations, sports and creative events, meetings and organisations, reunions, anniversaries, training, children's parties, local community meetings, societies and clubs, music events, theatre productions, band practise, christenings / blessings, wakes, baby groups, fitness classes / yoga, educational pursuits, church event / choir practice, naming ceremonies, corporate events, and workshops. The hirer must be a minimum age of 21 and is responsible for supervision, behaviour of persons, noise levels, and leaving the premises clean and tidy. No sub-letting or unlawful use. Alcohol consumption is permitted for private parties with prior agreement from the Management Committee (not for sale). No animals are permitted in the hall or kitchen.
