How to Book

Hirers must be over 18 years old. To book, check the online availability calendar, then email the Bookings Secretary with your requirements. A provisional booking will be entered if the date is agreed, and a booking form and conditions of hire will be sent. The booking is confirmed upon return of the booking form and receipt of a deposit. The full fee is payable no later than 6 weeks before the event. Bookings are subject to additions and cancellations, so it's essential to check dates. If another enquiry is received before the deposit is paid, you will be notified and asked to confirm or cancel. Fees are reviewed annually on April 1st; the rate current on the date the booking form is received will be applied. Bookings for private parties where not more than half the guests are over 21 years will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. If alcohol is to be sold or included in a ticket price, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) application must be submitted to Tandridge District Council. If the hirer is not personally known to a Management Committee member, evidence of address (recent utility bill or valid Driving Licence) is required before keys are handed over.
