To book, check online calendar, complete online form. Provisional booking and invoice for Hire Fee and Security and Damage Deposit will be sent. Payment for Hire Fee and Security and Damage Deposit is due at least 1 calendar month before the booking date via bank transfer or cheque. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. Hirers must book and pay for the complete time, including set-up and clear-up. Hall must be vacated by the end of the specified booking period. Commercial bookings require public liability insurance.
