How to Book
Entry allowed 10 minutes prior to start time for set up, exit 15 minutes before end time for cleaning. Check availability with [email protected] or complete the Initial Enquiry Form. Someone from Apex in the Community will be on site for the duration of your booking. Keys are available for height restriction barriers if needed (inform in advance). Premises and surroundings must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Building (and height restriction if opened) must be properly closed, locked, and secured. Equipment removed from usual positions must be replaced. All rubbish generated must be removed and bins emptied. Studio viewings prior to booking can be arranged by calling 01442 971 636.
