How to Book

Prices are a guide; bespoke packages are created with an events manager. Non-refundable deposit of 10% of quotation (general functions) or 25% of quotation (weddings) required to confirm booking. For weddings, final payment is due one month before the event date. Payment plans: Option 1: 10% deposit, 40% 28 days prior to event, 50% 7 days prior to event. Option 2: Pre-payment by interest-free installments (e.g., £200/month for a £2400 wedding booked 12 months in advance, with a £10 one-off fee). Option 3: Finance options available through third-party providers (subject to status and credit rating, interest and fees may apply). Any additional spending on the day will be invoiced after the event and must be settled the following day. Guests can bring their own decorations and have access to the rooms the day before the event for setup. Staff will clear up decorations after the event if boxes are provided, and all decorations must be collected by 12 pm the day after the event. Only food and drink purchased at The Allerford Inn may be consumed on the premises, with the exception of wedding cakes and wedding favors. A personal events manager will be assigned to assist with planning and ensure the function is perfect. The venue is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but is open for large functions and enquiries over 30 people on these days.
