Provisional bookings can be made online via the website's calendar. First-time bookers will need to enter contact details and a password. A Booking Form and Conditions of Hire document will be emailed by the Booking Officer after a provisional booking. Upon approval, an invoice for online payment will be sent. Booking is confirmed once the form and payment are received. Instructions for access and use of the facility will be provided upon confirmation. Competitive prices, with cheaper rates for charities and not-for-profits. Hire period must include time for setting up and clearing away. Facility capacities are approximate and depend on the event.
