How to Book
Booking time must include setup and clear-up. Ilminster Sports Club Ltd reserves the right to refuse booking or admission. External equipment must be PAT tested. All catering and menu requirements by arrangement with Ilminster Sports Club Ltd. Bubble/smoke machines are prohibited. A refundable deposit of £200 is required for events like Proms, 18th & 21st Birthday parties, and events with potential for damage. Door staff are required for Proms, 18th & 21st Birthday parties (arranged by Ilminster Sports Club Ltd, cost covered by hirer: £15 + VAT per SIA per hour, minimum 2 staff, one SIA per 75 people). No Smoking Policy throughout premises; designated smoking area available. Hirer is responsible for breakages. Discounts: 20% for multiple bookings of 6 or more sessions (must be booked and paid for initially), 10% for members (higher discount applies if eligible for multiple booking discount).
